Who we are

This website, orbyxhq.com, is operated by Orbyx (“we”, “us”). It describes our venue revenue orchestration product for golf and premium leisure venues.

What we collect

If you submit the contact form we collect your name, work email address, the venue or company name you optionally provide, and your message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and for no other purpose.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate site usage and performance. These are cookieless and do not identify individual visitors.

How your data is processed

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email via Resend, our email delivery provider, and are hosted on infrastructure provided by Vercel. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention

We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to handle the conversation they started, and delete them when they are no longer required.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Use the contact form to make a request and we will respond.
