Pricing

Every band gets the whole engine.

The fee tracks the size of your venue’s addressable pool, not which features are switched on. There is no capability ladder to climb and nothing held back for a higher tier.

How an engagement starts.

01

Activation

A £2,000 activation fee scopes the deployment and sizes your addressable pool from your own numbers. It credits toward your first year if you proceed.

02

Measured proof

A proof window runs against your venue's own baseline, with the success bar agreed up front, before anything fires on the floor.

03

Go or no-go

If the measured benefit isn't there, you don't proceed and the engagement ends. If it is, you move onto your band with the evidence in hand.

Value bands.

Your addressable pool is the on-site, post-booking revenue Orbyx governs: F&B, retail, carts, coaching, membership, events and retention. Green fees are excluded by default.

Questions venues actually ask.

Does Orbyx replace my POS or tee-sheet system?

No. It sits above them, reads their signals, and recommends action. It replaces nothing in your existing stack.

Will this slow my staff down?

The design intent is the opposite. Recommendations are specific and contextual rather than generic alerts, and the system suppresses during high-load periods instead of adding noise when your team is busiest.

Why does the price vary if every band gets the same engine?

The fee tracks the size of your addressable pool: the on-site, post-booking revenue Orbyx governs. A destination resort has far more governable revenue than a single-stream club, so the fee scales with the value at stake, not with switched-on features.

What's proven beyond F&B?

Post-round F&B is measured. Several enabling actions have been run manually by operators at real venues and worked. The rest of the library comes live opportunity-by-opportunity as the live integration completes.

How long until I see a result?

The proof window is scoped against your venue's own baseline and agreed up front as part of the engagement. The Zimbali measurement ran as two adjacent nine-day periods; yours is set by your venue's rhythm, not assumed to match.

Is this only for golf?

Golf and premium leisure is the validated starting point, chosen for existing industry relationships and the founder's operator background. The architecture isn't golf-specific, but that's the near-term focus.

Activation · proof window · go/no-go

Start with proof, not a contract.

A £2,000 creditable activation fee, a measured proof window against your own baseline, and a clear go or no-go before any ongoing commitment.
